Download C.VCamille Desjardins is a PhD student in Human Resource Management at the Toulouse School of Management. She graduated with a master’s degree from Toulouse School of Management in 2018 before joining the research team of the JuDy project. This project funded by the ANR is concerned with justice dynamics at work and focus on the personal experiences of young parents and specifically mothers at the time around maternity leave (see https://anr-judy.fr). Before starting her PhD, Camille spent one year in England where she studied Human Resource Management at Nottingham Trent University and worked for 3 months as a recruiter in London.
Her research interests include organizational behavior, organizational justice, gender equality and careers.
