Work, Industrial and Organisational Psychologist, Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour Practitioner and Researcher. Elizabeth Ogbodo is currently a Research Fellow/Faculty Member at Toulouse School of Management, University of Toulouse Capitole. Elizabeth obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nigeria and has two master’s degrees: the first was in Work, Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Valencia, Spain, and the University of Paris Descartes, France where she was awarded the European Union Scholarship, Erasmus Mundus Scholarship. The second was a master’s in human resource management and Organisational Behaviour from Toulouse School of Management, France. Ms. Ogbodo has working experience as an Assistant Lecturer at Salem University, Lokoja, Nigeria; as an Assistant Manager, Human Resource at Gtext Media and Investment Limited; and as an Intern at the University of Guleph, Canada. Elizabeth has done numerous volunteering work for Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) and Erasmus+ Students Alumni Alliance (ESAA) as the country president between the year 2016 and 2020. Her research interests are taking charge at work, organisational citizenship behaviours, job insecurity, occupational health and safety management, star employees, envy, social comparison, leadership, and emotions at work.
