Chen Yang is a doctoral student in Human Resource Management at the University of Toulouse 1, under the advisement of Dr. Marion Fortin. She received her master’s degree in Law and Management (Corporate Social Responsibility) from the University of Haute-Alsace in Northern France and joined the TSM Research in 2016. For her doctoral thesis, she will conduct experimental studies that investigate unwanted outcomes of age management practices on ageism and perceived fairness of employees from different age groups.
