After a master degree in social and human sciences I worked for 7 years as a sale manager being in charge of training and integration of one hundred people. Built on the experience, my main research interest lies in the role of wellbeing in the workplace. My first research paper is dealing with emotional intelligence as a moderator in the abusive supervision process for both the supervisor and the subordinates. Psychosocial and Neuroscience approaches can help to improve the understanding of leadership, and in particular in managers’ training programs.
Oleksandra Kochura

My primary research interests are corporate divestitures, especially their implications during the post-deal period. I presented my work at the EURAM, AIMS, SMS and BAM conferences. Also, I was a member of the organization committee for the CIFEPME 2018 conference. Currently, I am representative of the Ph.D. students at the Doctoral Programme Board. Also, I am teaching growth strategies and business strategy.
Giulia Pavone

PhD in marketing

I started my studies in 2011 at the University of Palermo (Italy) in communication science with a focus in human communication applied to mass media, institutions and politics. I graduated in 2014 with a thesis on political communication and satire through social networks. In 2016 I obtained an Erasmus+ grant, spending six months in Brussels doing an internship in Unioncamere Europa, an institution which acts as an intermediary between the Italian Chambers of Commerce and the European Institutions. In 2017 I obtained my master degree with a thesis on the social role of consumption and consumers' decisional processes affected by egoistic and altruistic motivations. I participated in a European Voluntary Service project in Portugal before moving to Toulouse at the end of 2017 to start my PhD journey. My research focuses on human-technology interaction and communication, with an interest in trust and ethics. I presented my first research paper to the European Marketing Academy.
Maria Stella

My research is in the field of Household Finance. I study the market structure of consumer credit markets and its impact in efficiency and welfare distribution. I am currently working with a large database on the whole debt market of Uruguay, provided by the Central Bank of Uruguay. I teach courses on microeconomics and finance since 2016.
